Mindfulness Through Making at the Grimsby Public Art Gallery
This class will begin with some simple yoga techniques incorporating breathing and movement into the body. Once we have established awareness in our bodies we will transition to art making by creating our own mandala. Mandalas are great tools for focusing and meditating. Both exercises are helpful in calming the mind and body.
Please bring a yoga mat.
A $5 material fee will cover the art materials (to be paid in cash on the night of the class)
