Mindfulness Through Making at the Grimsby Public Art Gallery

This class emphasizes listening to your inner voice and connecting this to your paintbrush and paper.  Through a series of relaxation techniques, you will be guided in a gentle way to find confidence in your self-expression.  This painting experience is a crowd favourite!

A $5 material fee will cover the art materials (to be paid in cash on the night of the class).  In addition, you are welcome to bring any brushes or paints you enjoy working with.
