How can we slow down, take a breath, and calm our mind?
Hopefully you have a few tricks up your sleeve, and we would like to share some more ideas with you. Creative Journalling is a simple and great way to bring you into the moment and ignite your creative spirit. We are passionate about getting people to make art, so come and join us and get inspired!
We will have a variety of art materials on hand to try out and ideas to get the creative juices flowing and you will get a sketchbook to use and take with you. All ages and abilities are welcome. Let’s join together to build a creative community in Grimsby!
