Mindfulness Through Making at the Grimsby Public Art Gallery

This class takes the idea of a vision board and breaks it down to individual goals that you would like to focus on.  After identifying these ideas we will create cards using a variety of materials to illustrate your vision. These are fun and insightful cards that are portable and keep your goals more present in your life.

A $5 material fee will cover the art materials (to be paid in cash on the night of the class).
